Break and melt the chocolate in a double boiler / glass bowl over a saucepan with simmering water.
Take it off the boiler and then add, vanilla extract, sugar and butter and mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.Remember, the chocolate mixture here should be thick
Line a tray with parchment or butter paper and pour the mixture over .Stamp the tray on the shelf to settle the bubbles and spread the chocolate evenly.
Now, sprinkle the chopped dried fruits and nuts mixture over.You may do this step as per your choice.
Leave it to cool on the shelf for about 30 minutes and in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
You can store this in the refrigerator for a month and outside for about 15 days.
