  1. Sort the Mint leaves and wash them in cold water and through a sieve.
  2. In a mixer attachment, add the rest of the ingredients and hung curd.
  3. Grind well till everything comes together.
  4. You may add a bit of black /white pepper powder if you like. Thats optional.
  5. Keep this dressing in refrigeration,till serving.
  6. When you are just about to serve the bowl.Add the dressing over and serve.
