Buddha Bowl-How to make a Buddha Bowl
This is a very simple and near to authentic Buddha bowl recipe. With a few greens, grains, veggies but the star of the dish is the Green mint and hung curd dressing.

  1. Cut all the vegetables
  2. Add all the ingredients into the bowl
  3. Just before serving pour the dressing over and mix.Or serve the dressing as a dip ( as per preference)
