Sautee the vegetable separately till little charred and done. Keep these aside till the end.
Now in the same oil, add the spices on simmer and add a little water to avoid the spices to burn. Once the oil separates, add the tomato puree, tomato ketchup, ginger garlic paste, red chili sauce. Cook till oil separates.
Now add the cubed cottage cheese/paneer. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the sauteed vegetables. Mix well. Keep simmer.
Add the cream and cook for another minute or two.
Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion greens. Serve hot.
