Kulfi recipe made from milk and dhoda barfi. A veru popular dessert given an icy twist.
Take a deep pan, and put the milk to boil .We need to reduce the milk to half.
Boil it for 15 minutes or so or till its reduce to half.Then add the sugar and mix till sugar is dissolved.
Cool the milk down and add the vanilla essence.
In a mixer attachment,grind together the milk and the dhoda barfi until the barfi is mixed completely.
You will see some residue of the barfi at the bottom. Dont fret, its give a nice texture to the kulfi when we pour it into the moulds.
Pour the kulfi into the moulds and cover with cling wrap. Then push some ice cream sticks indie through the cling to keep it stand in the centre.
freeze overnight to set.
