  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees C. Grease a 8” Bundt pan. In a bowl, add banana puree, vanilla, jaggery powder, ghee, soda-bi-carb, and curd. Mix well with a whisk.
  2. Now, add 1 cup atta/ whole-wheat flour and fold in or use a whisk to mix well.
  3. Pour the cake batter into a bundt pan and bake for 40 minutes @ 180 degrees C.
  4. Once done, let the pan cool down on the shelf . Unmould and serve.
