Ingredients

Instructions
Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees Celcius.
In a Bowl, Beat 3 eggs till fluffy.
Add vanilla essence, ghee, and jaggery. Beat at full speed till nicely mixed.
Add curd and beat again till nicely incorporated.
Now, through a sieve, add cocoa powder, flour, milk powder, and drinking chocolate. Sieve it through into the mix.
Mix with cut and fold method. Mix until incorporated.
Line a Baking tray, as shown in the pic above. And pour the batter into the tray.
Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, let it cool on the rack for 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Top it with Chocolate Ganache and serve.
