  1. Heat oil.
  2. all mustard seeds/Sarson, dry red chili and let them splutter.
  3. Add ginger, curry leaves, and hing.
  4. Add onions and raw mango and tomatoes. Saute on medium-high flame till golden brown.
  5. Shut the flame, cool for 2-3 min, and grind to paste in a mixer.
  6. Add 1-2 tsp water if necessary for consistency (optional)
  7. Raw Mango Tomato Idli Dosa Chutney is ready to serve.

Just double the ingredients if preparing for more people. This chutney is sufficient for 2 people.
