Instructions
Heat oil.
all mustard seeds/Sarson, dry red chili and let them splutter.
Add ginger, curry leaves, and hing.
Add onions and raw mango and tomatoes. Saute on medium-high flame till golden brown.
Shut the flame, cool for 2-3 min, and grind to paste in a mixer.
Add 1-2 tsp water if necessary for consistency (optional)
Raw Mango Tomato Idli Dosa Chutney is ready to serve.
