  1. Put all the ingredients into a mixer jar and churn till everything mixed well.Put lots of ice and serve chilled.
Recipe Notes

A little lemon juice is optional if you like a bit sweet ‘n’ sour flavor.

While serving, just crush one basil leaf in the jar and pour over the smoothie onto it. This step is optional.
