Soak the poha into a bowl fillied with water for 2-3 minutes. Dont soak beyond that otherwise itll become soggy and will not cook nicely.
In a pan heat oil,add mustard seeds.Let then splutter and add onions.Let the onions get translucent and then add the baby corn and mushrooms,curry leaves.
Add the green peas.Saute the vegetables on medium high flame for about 5 minutes or untill light brown in colour.
Cover the vegetables on simmer for 2-3 minutes untill cooked.
Now,add the poha and the spices.Mix well.
Cover again for 2 minutes untill eveything is well combined.
Switch off the flame and add the juice of half a lemon.
