  1. In one pot- mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Pour milk and vanilla essence and mix well.Now, gradually add the soda water slowly and keep mixing.
  3. grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into the loaf pan. Tap the pan on the shelf to settle the batter and release any bubbles.Bake @180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Let it cool on the shelf or cooling rack and then unmould. Ready to serve.
Recipe Notes

1.Please adjust the baking time as per your oven. Keep checking after 30 minutes and close when it clears a knife test. Insert a knife in and if it comes out clean the cake is done.

2. You may dress the cake with chocolate genache or whipped cream and serve.
