Instructions
  1. Grate the papaya with the skin.
  2. Chop the other vegetables.
  3. In a deep bowl, add all the ingredients together. Add the beetroot and salt only at the last when ready to serve as beets leave their color.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Mix everything well just before serving after adding the beets and salt.
  6. Goes best with garlic bread. Also compliments best as burger base.
