  1. Steam the Yam. Boil potatoes and keep them aside. In a bowl, add grated ginger.
  2. Add rice flour and salt.
  3. Add dhania powder, red chili powder, amchoor, garam masala.
  4. Add bhuna jeera powder and lemon juice. Add sugar. Mix everything well.
  5. Make it thick like a soft dough. Make cutlets / Kebabs. Shallow fry in a pan with 2 tbsp oil.
  6. Serve hot with Green chutney or Make a tortilla roll with mayonnaise, green mint coriander chutney, tomato ketchup, mustard sauce, onion slices, tomato slices, and salt and pepper.
