In a cup of warm milk soak the saffron and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Take the rest of the milk and mix the thandai powder/ paste prepared before. Mix well. Now add the milk mixed with saffron.
Mix well to blend well together.
You may serve like this or sieve the mix as per your liking.
Garnish with rose petals, chopped pistachio, and chopped almonds. Serve chilled.
