Recipe Crispy Chapati Kababs

/ Rotis :

Peanuts
(soaked in water for 1 hour and drained well.) : .
to taste
salt
to taste
red chilli
to taste
green chilli

chaat masala

Dhania

Instructions
Mix all of the above in a pan. Keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
After a while, take them out.Make small balls and shape them into kababs/Tikkis.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan. Fry the kababs on high flame.

Serve hot with mint / khatti meethi chutney.
