Sole Fish is a group of flatfish which may belong to several different families.Being the most esteemed and widely available fish its most commonly used in Chinese cuisines.This recipe is a mix of Mexican cum Italian flavors and prepared so quickly that its ideal when you need to cook in a rush or for some sudden party.Its easy preparation and rustic flavors are just perfect for a starter.
- Crush the the bread crumbs of fresh bread slices in a mixer. Approx. two slices would be enough to make 1 1/2 cup of crumbs.
- Transfer this into a deep platter and add cornflour ,seasoning,black pepper powder ,salt, chilli flakes and mix well.
- In another bowl, beat an egg.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil pan.
- Now, coat each piece first into the bread crumbs and then in the beaten egg.Coat well and put it in a pan to fry.Serve hot with green salad ,Tarter Dip and sauces.
For Green Salad:
Salad Leaves: 1 bowl
Ganth Gobi/Kohl Rabi: 2-3
- Break the salad leaves with your hands and put them in the mixing bowl.
- Add the other vegetables and fruits cut into cube size pieces.
- Make the dressing in a small bowl .Mix well with a spoon and pour over the salad.Mix well and serve along side the fish.
- This salad dressing can be used for any basic salad made of veggies or pasta.
