gur shakkar / powdered jaggery

Instructions
Peel and grate the raw mangoes.
put on flame .keep the flame to medium high.
add sugar, jaggery powder/shakkar . Mix well
Once it starts to boil, add salt, black salt.
Let it cook on medium flame till it thickens.
Now add , red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder.
cook for another 2-3 minutes.Taste and adjust the salt and chili powder. If you need to add as per your taste then add now.
Put it off flame and let it cool down.
The chutney is ready to serve now. You can store this outside for 5-6 days and in the fridge upto 15 days.
