One pot Whole-wheat Egg less Chocolate Cake

A man cannot live on chocolate alone, but woman sure can.Sometimes you just need a fudgy, mushy chocolate cake but without any hard-work. Hard work pays ,but sometimes laziness is rewarding.And so is this recipe of mine.
It was a lazy afternoon.Time for my tea and milk for kids. A sudden craving for a fudgy chocolate cake with my tea took me to my kitchen. Delhi has boiling afternoons these days.Baking and standing in the heat is another challenge.But you cannot deny the craving of your sweet tooth,can you?

So i just took a few less than twelve and made this super easy, super fudgy, soft, mushy, melt in mouth one pot chocolate cake .I thank myself for this recipe as i found a perfect chocolate pudding cake, i found the perfect EGG-LESS chocolate truffle cake and i found the best chocolate genache cake for me and my crazy for chocolate Kids.
So what do we need to do to make this best EGG-LESS one pot chocolate cake. Nothing At all! Lol!!
You just need a pot, NO Eggs, no butter…so its our Guilt free dessert mixed and folded in one pot and baked at 180 degrees to bring it to life and just get lost in its fudge.
How to prepare: Just take a big deep bowl. Mix all the ingredients except milk and soda water. Prefer to take plain soda water instead of the flavored ones,as they may disturb the flavors of the cake. The soda water should be added little by little along with folding it into the batter to avoid sinking of the cake or uneven baking.
How to Bake: This cake is butter free, but i prefer greasing the pan with butter to ensure easy unmolding. Use either a loaf pan or a ring pan/ bundtpan for baking this cake .Bake @180 degrees c for 35-40 minutes or till done. A skewer test is always good to do.One the skewer comes out clean or with little crumbs on it it means its done.
Its also necessary to cool the cake completely before unmolding. It saves the cake from breaking and allows the whole cake to come out with clean edges.When you wish to serve the cake topped with genache or buttercream or another icing,a clean unmolding is needed for that perfect presentation.
