This is a very special recipe.You may have this as breakfast ,Lunch or Dinner. This is also a Kids Special recipe and i made this for the first time for my kids.Kids generally dislike the taste of flax seeds and sesame seeds.But the amazing benefits both these super foods offer,was my attraction to feed my kids both these super foods.I had to find a dish wherein i could hide both these super foods and serve my kids.This is one more of my recipes which disguised both these perfectly and give you one amazing fresh Dish to try.I made this parantha with a different dough.The dough which i used had egg,herbs,milk or butter milk olive oil and the rest of the heedful to make a dough.
The dough consists of egg,wholewheat flour,italian herbs,Olive oil ,Sugar,salt and buttermilk / mIlk or water as per your choice to knead the flour. If you make ricotta cheese / Indian Paneer at home,you may use the leftover water too to knead this flour. That water too is full of goodness and why waste the goodness and not combine it with some other recipe.Try this lovely Italian Parantha Recipe and you would definitely store this recipe forever.
Italian Parantha with wholewheat and flax seeds.

- 2 tbsp All purpose Flour
- 8 tbsp Wholewheat flour .
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp . Italian Herbs
- 2 tbsps Olive Oil .
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Water milk /Milk flour /Buter to knead the
- 2 tbsps Yellow capsicum .
- 2 tbsps capsicum . red
- 2 tbsps green capsicum .
- 1/4 cup cabbage th finely chopper
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese Paneer th / crumbbled
- 1/2 potato small boiled
- 1 tsp . Italian Herbs dried.
- 1/2 tsp garlic . powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper .
- 3 tbsps parmesan cheese .
- 3 - 4 tbsps Broccoli grated floret
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice .
- 1 - 2 tbsps tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp flax seeds roasted powder(optional)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds roasted powder (optional)
- Knead the flour in the processor or by hand . All the ingredients except water/buttermilk and mix well.Gradually put water as needed and knead a soft dough.Let it rest for 10 min covered with cloth.
- Finely chopp all vegetables and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Now, take a small ball of dough and roll a chapati .Fill it with the filling and roll again. Cook on a hot gridle on both sides and fry with olive oil or just serve hot with butter and sauces.
