True ,but once you try this recipe you’ll stop eating chapatis in dinner and purposely leave the rotis uneaten….
Made from just 3 main ingredients…this is another …Super easy to make and super yummy to eat.
A must try for all mums….
No one would believe that its made from chapatis….it was a hit at my place.
- 6 Chapatis / Rotis :
- 1/2 cup poha :
- 3 - 4 tbsp Peanuts (soaked in water for 1 hour and drained well.) : .
- to taste salt
- to taste red chilli
- to taste green chilli
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala :
- 1 tsp Dhania powder :
- 1/2 tsp garam masala :
- 1/4 cup Dhania leaves :
- Mix all of the above in a pan. Keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
- After a while, take them out.Make small balls and shape them into kababs/Tikkis.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan. Fry the kababs on high flame.
- Serve hot with mint / khatti meethi chutney.
