Crispy Onion Cutlet – How to make Crispy onion cutlets served with mustard chilli dip.
Crispy Onion cutlets are easy to make and quick to serve appetizer /snack perfect for Tea time or any party.
Delhi begins its day with a heavy pour these days. When you meet rains right in the morning ,when it makes the whole flora dance to its tune, you dont ask for anything more than sitting in the garden and sipping your hot cup of Tea. And when the tea is accompanied by some crispy appetizer its just the best start to a lovely day.
Good food and good mood are best F.R.I.E.N.D.S. I am very fond of quick and light snacks. i keep experimenting with ingredients and have some old recipes which are just perfect and never get me bored like : Cauliflower Nuggets, Moongdal pakora/wholegreen gram nuggets / Nutrella Nuggets and of course Falafel which is my favorite.
“Goodness in a flavorful package”
One more reason for me to keep exploring and experimenting with fritter is to give a tasty disguise to the veggies and other good food like soy / daliya etc. Its a good way to forget that you are eating vegetables/lentils and get the goodness packed in a new flavorful package.Especially for kids, when its a challenge to feed them healthy stuff, fritters go easy and in good quantities.Pan frying makes it even easier and healthier to cook.
Like this appetizer has my favorite bottle gourd/ gheeya. The name taken in my house limits to only one dish up till now which is Gheeya Parantha or Grated bottle gourd stuffed Indian flatbread. I also make a vegetarian kekab with bottle gourd, jhimikand/elephants foot and other things which ill post soon.
So without any details go and checkout the recipe of these cutlets and relish them with a hot cuppa Tea.
