Instructions
How to make viniagrette:
  1. Take salt,sugar,mustard powder,vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl.Mix well till sugar dissolved.Keep aside
For Salad
  1. Peel the skin of the mango. Now, cut lengthwise and then cut equal sized cubes .
  2. Cut the tomatoes mengthwise and capsicum into cubes. The lettuce you may just break into small pieces with your hands and add. Mix everything well.
  3. Now, pour the viniagrette over the salad and mix well.
  4. Add the coriander leaves and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle the roasted cumin powder over the salad and mix well. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.Or if the ingredients were cold enough then you may immediately serve.
