What do you need to make these Best Fudgy Brownies?

You need, Eggs, Whole-Wheat Flour, Desi Ghee, Drinking Chocolate, Milk Powder, Cocoa powder, and Curd. These are the main ingredients of these Brownies. You also need an 8-inch Baking tray. This recipe gives you 8 big-sized brownies.

How to make these Brownies – VEGAN

To make a Vegan version of these brownies, just replace the dairy ingredients as follows.

  1. Eggs – 2 Bananas / egg replacement powder 2 tbsp+ 2 tbsp hot water.
  2. Curd – Vegan curd or buttermilk.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Drinking Chocolate
  • 3/4 cup Coco powder
  • 1+3/4 cup Jaggery powder
  • 4 tbsp Desi Ghee/ Clarified Butter
  • 3 tbsp curd or coconut milk
  • pinch salt
  • 3 small eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 3 tbps nuts Cashew, almonds, walnuts
Servings: pieces
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees Celcius.
  2. In a Bowl, Beat 3 eggs till fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla essence, ghee, and jaggery. Beat at full speed till nicely mixed.
  4. Add curd and beat again till nicely incorporated.
  5. Now, through a sieve, add cocoa powder, flour, milk powder, and drinking chocolate. Sieve it through into the mix.
  6. Mix with cut and fold method. Mix until incorporated.
  7. Line a Baking tray, as shown in the pic above. And pour the batter into the tray.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
  9. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  10. After 40 minutes, let it cool on the rack for 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Top it with Chocolate Ganache and serve.
