Easy and quick, ready in 10 minutes. Raw mango tomato Idli Dosa Chutney is the best sweet-n-sour chutney to compliment your south indian platter. Goes with all recipes of Dosa and Idli.

- 1/2 raw mango chopped
- 1 medium onion slit into 4
- 1 medium tomato slit into 4
- 1/2 tsp sarson / mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida /Hing
- 3-4 Kadi patta /curry leaves
- 1 tsp jaggery
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 Dry red chilies
- Heat oil.
- all mustard seeds/Sarson, dry red chili and let them splutter.
- Add ginger, curry leaves, and hing.
- Add onions and raw mango and tomatoes. Saute on medium-high flame till golden brown.
- Shut the flame, cool for 2-3 min, and grind to paste in a mixer.
- Add 1-2 tsp water if necessary for consistency (optional)
- Raw Mango Tomato Idli Dosa Chutney is ready to serve.
Just double the ingredients if preparing for more people. This chutney is sufficient for 2 people.
