Kachumbar Raita recipe is a simple and easy recipe to make with the refreshing flavor of mint.

  1. Beat the curd well. Add a little water for consistency. This raita is thick and not very flowy so add little water at a time. Make a creamy thick texture. Add chopped onions and then chopped cucumber, keep the skin.
  2. Add tomatoes ( remove the seeds inside). Mix well Tempering: Heat oil, add dry red chili, and red chili powder. Add this tempering to the raita.
  3. Sprinkle some bhuna jeera / roasted cumin powder. Garnish with coriander powder. Chil a bit in the fridge before serving.
